Folks get ready for a classical discussion on the Liberia Public Radio LPR . Grand Gedeans, Liberians and more importantly the people of Gbarzon District, Grand Gedeh County. We reported today that the President of Liberia, Madame Ellen Johnson Sirleaf was expected in Gbarzon District, but there was changed in protocol to satisfy the presidents Eastern Region tour. In quest to the bottom line of the canceled trip, we reached out to the District Superintendent Mr . Henry Zonway if it was in fact politically motivated. Superintendent Zonway category rejected any politics being involved. The President is coming to dedicate a bridge costs more than 84.0000.00 USD and an Administrative Building costs over little 78.000.00 USD. The Superintendent pointed out. Talking to people on the ground directly there are two school of thoughts. 1. Create a real conversation directly with the President since she will be in the district especially she hoping to host a town discussion. A local resident told LPR it could be per venue to dialog with the President of the 19 Grand Gedeans incarcerated most of whom are from Gbarzon District, 2. Another group said, let the law takes it course by allowing the judicial process to play out, but has that process all these years? District Representative Mr. Charsia Alex Grant is refusing to travel with the President on ground that his kinsmen are behind bars. Is a good decision on the part of the Representative? Or causing more harm? Superintendent Henry Zonway is in favor of having real discussion with the President especially when she will be in the district with fathers mothers, wives and children of the detainees?
