As long as big money can keep you in the hood fat, complacent, in front of the TV, and dumb they dont need your vote. Your vote was rendered obsolete when you decided to live off handouts. Welfare buys votes. Dont get mad when your childs school doesnt have books, your streets are dirty, and they allow rapists to roam your neighborhood undersupervised due to funding cuts and lack of law enforcement.
