Baseline: Pre-SOP and box breathing, then ROM drills. 100x double unders, then 3 rounds – 10x KB sumo deadlift high pulls, 10x power clean (45#), 10x sit ups. Strength: Power clean: Warm up then, 3-2-1-1-1-1-1 (Work up to a max for the day) Stamina: Chipper, not timed: 50x 2-arm KB clean (44#-53#/26#-35#), 50x 8-count body builders, 800m buddy carry. Work Capacity: Complete AMRAP in 12 minutes of: 10x wallball (20#/14#) 5x toes to bar 20x wallball (20#/14#) 10x toes to bar 30x wallball (20#/14#) 15x toes to bar etc… Durability: 9 rounds – Every 60 seconds perform 1x 20m sled push (light-medium weight).
