Follow me on this: If I tie my dog up outside with no shelter, I could be arrested for animal cruelty. Correct? Because every living being needs three things to sustain life; FOOD, WATER, and SHELTER. If I take one of those things away from him, Im essentially killing him. Now, the state says that I have to pay them property taxes on my house, the one thing that provides me shelter from the elements, and if I dont, theyll send ARMED men to my house to evict me and then auction it off to the highest bidder for a profit. If I had nowhere else to go, nobody to rely on, this would essentially be casting me out into the wilderness and depriving me of one of the three things I need to survive. Its illegal for me to do that to a dog, but its okay for them to do it to me? Would it be justifiable for me to defend my house, in essence, to defend my life from a group of hired guns who only look to enforce an illegal action intended to bring in revenue for the state? Yes, it would be completely justifiable. Would you defend your house, your life, the lives of your children and loved ones if a group of men came to cast you out into the cold for not paying them for something you already own? When did we agree to pay for something that is a RIGHT? I dont recall ever doing so. The Constitution protects our rights to Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness....except when you dont pay the state a tribute. Then they can kill you! This is not freedom. This is slavery. We are the property.
