Follow the FRF Ultimate Fire Athlete Program and the Eating Guidelines and you WILL get results (fit for duty)! Here is a great message from Jaime Douglas confirming that statement. Just finished week 3!!!! Love the program and I am following the diet. I have lost 8 pounds and my stamina is going up. By far the hardest thing to do is reducing sugar from my diet.
