Follow these 6 easy steps for that killer body that youve always wanted: 1. Do exercises that use multiple joints. i.e. Squats, Deadlifts, Bench Press & Chinups. Why? Because using multi joint lifts allows you to work the muscle to a greater degree, which means you’re applying a larger stress on the muscle, telling it to adapt and grow. 2. Do 4 to 8 sets of 8 to 12 reps per exercise. 3. Train to Failure. Lift to the point where you can’t go anymore using proper technique. 4. Have short rest periods. Rest between zero and 2mins 5. Eat a lot. Eat high quality calories that are rich in nutrients. Eat frequently. Remember food is to the body what petrol is to a car. 6. Recover. Recovery is important as it allows our body to rest up and prepare for the next session in the gym. Recovery includes sleep, nutrient dense food, massages, meditation etc
