To view that story from time read more here: time/3532279/witches-halloween-salem/ Also this is what I had to say earlier this year along with other pages: I agree with these statements below, I too am outraged by the labels Time trying to pin upon #Witches, #Pagans, #Wiccans, #NativeAmericans, #Druids, #Shaman ect . #Newsflash We, Witches are real and you are about to hear our voices unite for the common cause of educating those you misinform through media. Also Im going to toss in here that it is debatable as to what the government defines as a terrorist... According to them you so much as blink you are one. In my honest view as both an Anonymous activist and a Wiccan I disagree with this mass hysteria logic. People who fall under the term Witch have the capability to us their gifts to initiate positive changes and power is rarely abused on the bases of three fold or Karma. We do not believe in harming or hexing others and those who have, have passed down the knowledge of learning from their own mistakes to better hone the future craft of others. Now as for the articles speculation as to a renewed obsession with witches? or a Salem-like erosion of civil rights in the name of security My thoughts are that those who are as attuned to the Earth and Humanity know that the wars of the world or the killing of innocents or the climate changes are signs that our planet is wounded or not pleased with its people. The time is upon us to make changes or at least die trying to educate others in our faiths or like minded religions. We can not carry on at the rate we are or be killing other humans over other religious beliefs! -Emerald This article in Time magazine has sparked outrage among the pagan community by comparing witches to terrorists!!
