Follower asked................... I would just like to post something to see what people think............. This involves my son who is 13 and who has Autism & ADHD....My son gets expelled permanently on 1st may. This starts a process which you can liken to an appeal. school governors panel meeting, then if a child is reinstated then great, if not its upheld, so then you go to an independant review panel meeting. Thats upheld or it goes back to the governors panel for re consideration. it is only at this point, can a child be officially taken off a schools role, irrespective of a child being permanently expelled. The school expelled him permanently from 1st may. they also took him off roll 1st may. this is ILLEGAL. the last meeting was 23rd June. Thats the date they could do that................. Rant over
