Following a big jump in April, state revenue in May was a touch - TopicsExpress

Following a big jump in April, state revenue in May was a touch below plan and only slightly ahead of last year, but with one month left in the budget year, revenues are tracking 6.2 percent over 2012 and 3.1 percent over estimates, at $2.471b. That will leave the state with around $75m in additional revenue, which automatically goes into reserves for education and "rainey day" accounts. You can see the new report, just out today, from the division of financial service at idaho.gov.
