Following a traffic stop in the village, Wellsville Police arrested a 17 year old Wellsville youth charging him with Unlawful Possession of Marihuana, Speed Not Reasonable and Prudent and Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign. The youth was processed and issued an appearance ticket to appear in Wellsville Village Court at a later date. Acting on a Bench Warrant issued by the Village of Wellsville Court, police arrested John Blinston, 35 of Holland, NY. Blinston was processed, arraigned in village court, paid his fine in full and was released. Following a disturbance on Pleasant St., Wellsville Police arrested Carrie Baldwin, 32 of Wellsville, charging her with Disorderly Conduct. Baldwin was processed and arraigned in Wellsville Village Court and committed to the Allegany County Jail on $250 bail. Baldwin is due back in village court at a later date.
