Following last nights public meeting with leader of Lambeth Council, Lib Peck, we have emailed asking for clarification... Dear Councillor Lib Peck Could you please clarify your answers to our two question raised at last nights meeting: 1) As the cooperative Council, what process is in place to validate community organisations, whether led by councillors, officers or residents? 2) Why are some community run events being charged full commercial road closure fees, while others are not? Even though both were given in advance, neither seemed to be fully answered at the meeting. As one audience member commented what are your points of action on these? Regards. Tim Sutton
