Following on from the success of our last Biggest Loser Event - TopicsExpress

Following on from the success of our last Biggest Loser Event which ended on Sunday 7th December with a run in severe weather conditions, we want to thank each and every one of the clients who took part in this 8 week event. Everyone done extremely well with weight loss ranging from 1 stone to over 2 stone per person. What was most noticeable too over this period of time was the commitment given by all and the vast improvement in everyones fitness levels with some coming on very strong in their running capabilities. Now that the event is over and the pressure is off slightly we would like for everyone to continue with their progress by ensuring they commit to regular exercise classes and gym work because your body will continue to change and your fitness levels will always continue to improve - take a look at some of our profile clients who will confirm the success they achieved through continued commitment, challenge, and consistency with regular training and more focus on better eating. We hope to see you all continue with what you have been doing and also see more of you on our profile page. We also want to thank all those who contributed to the food on our last day, it was much appreciated by all following the run in horrendous conditions - mince pies, cream, banana bread, shortbread, and pavlova were not on the 8 week eating plan but we thought they were well deserved on that day plus it is the Christmas period after all. Lastly and most importantly, we want to thank the staff ( Shane, Shauna, Anne, Lorraine and Chris ) who showed up each Sunday to give their time and commitment to their clients which helped them achieve the results they wanted. This time was given voluntary and no amount of thank yous would be enough to express our thanks to all of you who helped make this another very successful event. Thank you all once again..... You wont know yourselves now - Saturday Night outs, Sunday lie ins.....etc. Thanks again to all. Damien & Marie.
