Following the frequently given advice from my former colleague, Ellen McAleer, I have begun as I mean to proceed. Spent 3 hours in the kitchen prepping the meals for this week. There is chicken salad, chicken precooked to have with Alfredo sauce and zucchini noodles, a quinoa salad, chile verde in the crockpot and stroganoff made from an aged tri tip we found in the quick sale bin at the grocery store. There will be no excuses for fast food this week.
