Following the latest round of appeasing IRA terrorists by Tony - TopicsExpress

Following the latest round of appeasing IRA terrorists by Tony Blair & the decision tonight by the DPP to put the RUC on the stand over its role in the killing & wounding of IRA terrorists we can only but believe the following. 1. Not only are victims of IRA terrorism viewed as collateral damage & of no value in this whole process but its clear now Unionist politicians are also. They are seen as a necessary but not integral part of this process. As humiliated as we were listening to Tony Blair tell us of the open revolving door Terrorist Gerry Adams had to his office what must our politicians have felt. We always knew we were of no value in this process however we suspect our politicians never viewed themselves in this regard. Tony Blair demonstrated this is now the case. 2. SF IRA have clearly a veto in this whole process. A veto which gives concession after concession something unionism or their victims dont have or will ever have. Its clear from Tony Blairs comments yesterday that we are fully justified using the title SF IRA as the concessions SF politically negotiated on OTRs were on behalf of an IRA threat to return to violence. 3. Given the underhand deals that form the core of our whole so called peace process it is clear every document or deal on our past that involves SF IRA needs to treated with the utmost suspicion. This is not diminishing our politicians ability to negotiate a good deal its simply that you will never negotiate fairly with unrepentant terrorists. 4. Many say we should not worry about what Republicans say or do and point out by doing so is being reactive & poor strategy. Is that not why we ended up in this very mess we are in by simply ignoring them.? Arrogance and self importance are an Achilles heel something that IRA victims are determined not to suffer from! Everything that SF IRA & the Republican circle say or support or propose needs to be carefully analysed as history shows it generally all has a dangerous outcome. We have witnessed a horrendous period in our history whereby morality, justice & the all the very core values that underpin any democratic country have been continually destroyed to reward terrorism. In order to ensure that this does not continue any more we must say no to any current deal proposed through Stormont. A deal that clearly through certain crafted elements will only advance the rights of terrorists & their murderous campaign at the expense of their victims & the total destruction & demonisation of organisations like the RUC & UDR. This whole process is being set up so history records the RUC & UDR as the criminals & murderers not the IRA. All under the stewardship & direction of the DPP, the Coroner & a new external parallel police force to give it credibility. We cannot support or allow any such processes to be implemented.
