Following the team’s bad start in the ABSA Premiership, Coach - TopicsExpress

Following the team’s bad start in the ABSA Premiership, Coach Vladimir Vermezovic says his charges will have to focus on the next 29 games. The Bucs’ Head Coach attributed the teams’ 1-2 loss to Moroka Swallows to his charges lack of composure in front of goals. He said that after winning their match against SuperSport United in the MTN8, “we had to learn from our mistakes in order to win against Swallows.” “We had the same problem again against Swalows. We created many chances and we must score those chances. It is like in any sport; if you do not score your chances it is difficult to win the match. “But, It is the begging of a long season for us and we have to learn to kill the game; it is maybe good that we lost now in the beginning of the League because we have time to correct the mistakes. “Now we have to look forward and do better in the next 29 games. It is difficult to win matches when we don’t score many goals. But it is okay; we have to go back and plan much better.” The Mighty Buccaneers will now try to redeem themselves on Wednesday night when they travel to Bloemfontein to take on Bloemfontein Celtic in their second match of the League. Bucs and Celtic will play at the Free States Stadium at 19.30 on Wednesday
