Following written and verbal communications with Western Trust officials, I am pleased to receive in writing from Chief Executive Elaine Way that resources have been made available to provide a proper and much improved service for people with a potential autistic diagnosis. This will include staff being trained, specialist assessment and a target to tackle an unacceptable waiting list. Really hope that this will benefit our people in the west.
