Food Finders is a community-based food rescue organization that serves as a conduit for food, education, and awareness between donors, volunteers, agencies and people in need. Their goal is to eliminate hunger and food waste. We are in the process of applying to receive food items from them for our Lakewood Food Bank. You can learn more about them at foodfinders.org/ We have an opportunity to volunteer with Food Finders, Long Beach for their annual US Post Office food drive on Saturday May 10th. This year Food Finders will have 3 post offices, Bixby, Spring St. and Seal Beach. They are in need of lots of volunteers to help sort, box and deliver food. US Post Office sites where volunteers are needed are: Bixby Post office-4580 Atlantic Ave Long Beach 90807 Hours: 1-6pm Spring St Post office-3019 Bellflower Blvd Long Beach 90808 Hours: 11-5pm Seal Beach Post office- 2929 Westminster Blvd Seal Beach 90740 Hours: 11am-
