Salaries Bartender 20 3400/- Commi II 60 3400/- Dishwashers 20 2500/- CDP 10 6000/- Restaurants Supervisor 10 Open Receiver 10 Open Host 20 4000/- Waiter 150 3400/- Commi I 90 4000/- Job Profile & Candidate Profile: Gender: Females and Males Age: - 21(Females) – 35 - 21(Males) – 35 Appearance: As u are aware the roles we require your support in recruiting are per dominantly FOH Customer facing role therefore are expectation is that the candidates presentation is in line with our minimum brand standards. - Well dressed and presentable. - High grooming standards. - Formal attire 1) Busboy: The role of the busboy is to support & assist the BOH and FOH teams ensuring that consistently high standards of cleanliness are met and exceeded on a daily basis. a. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills. b. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. c. Basic to intermediate English communication skills. 2) Commi I/ Line Cook: The Line Cook is responsible for all aspects of their assigned cooking station: sets up & stocks product, cooks & presents dishes according to Company recipes, & cleans, sanitizes & maintains equipment, utensils & tools. a. One year experience as a line cook preferred. b. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. c. Ability to work effectively within a team. 3) Crew Member: Provide customers with excellent customer service & an enjoyable shopping experience to maximize sales and encourage return trips. Ensure that risks to stock loss are minimized and to work effectively as a team member. a. You will ideally have at least 1-2 years plus experience in a high volume, fast paced restaurant. b. Excellent communications skills in English (Arabic would be an advantage) c. Computer knowledge 4) Dishwasher: The Dishwasher performs housekeeping duties such as sweeping and mopping floors, trash removal and ensuring restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly. a. Some work experience preferred. b. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. c. Ability to work effectively within a team. 5) Host: The Host greets all guests with genuine enthusiasm and warmth upon arrival, informs guests of their wait time, enters guest names into the computer system, shows guests to their table and bids guests farewell as they leave. a. Minimum 1 year experience working in a Restaurant b. Upbeat, friendly and approachable c. Willingness to go the extra miles in ensuring that guest needs are met 6) Prep Cook / Commi II: d. Restaurant experience preferred. e. Ability to work effectively within a team. f. Basic English reading and communication skills. 7) Receiver: Responsible for a variety of task related to receiving merchandise and maintaining the retail outlets inventory management system. a. One year experience in basic Inventory Management b. Knowledge on safe work environment, health & safety & food hygiene guideline. 8) Restaurant Supervisor: The role of a Restaurant Supervisor is to oversee junior team members in their service delivery, ensuring Guest satisfaction is always the main focus, whilst building great customer relations and ensuring company standards and delivered. a. 3 years proven experience in leading a team of Junior staff b. An effective communicator who has the passion for Hospitality c. Strong proven problem solving skills. d. A relevant Hospitality qualification or relevant experience. 9) Senior Server: The role of the Senior Server within the Front-of-House team is to provide consistently high levels of customer service ensuring every guest has a memorable experience whilst championing the brand on a daily basis. a. Has 2 years of related experience in full table service, al carte, high volume restaurants b. Excellent interpersonal skills: Great at working with other people and talking effectively to others c. Has an understanding of the sequence of service in full service environment. d. Some level of computer skills required, POS & Cash handling required (micros preferred) e. Outstanding English & communication. 10) Steward: The Steward is responsible for communication with outside vendors, placing orders for food, beverage and dry stock items, and maintaining all storage areas in the restaurant. a. Knowledge of weights, measurements, volume and cooking procedures. b. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. c. Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. d. Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (freezers and walk-in refrigerators). 11) Waiter: The waiter describes menu items, assists guests in making food & beverage selections, takes and rings in orders, delivers food and beverages, processes payments, & assists fellow team members to ensure overall guest satisfaction. a. One year experience in a full service restaurant preferred. b. Must be upbeat, outgoing and positive. c. Must be able to assist guests and possess great guest relations skills. d. Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. e. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. f. Ability to work effectively within a team. 12) Sous Chef- The role of a Sous Chef is to Support the Head Chef in the overall kitchen operation whilst leading and motivating Junior Kitchen members. a. At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role b. Strong motivational individual with a proven background in leading large kitchen teams. c. A true passion for cooking and the ability to train Junior kitchen team members 13) Bartender – The role of a Bartender within the FOH team is to provide consisting High level of Customer Service whilst ensuring timely delivery of beverages to both bar and restaurant guest. a. Minimum 1 year experience working within a similar role. b. Good working knowledge of Bar practices and Hygiene standards. c. Upbeat, friendly and outgoing personality. 14) Chef de Partie – The role of a CDP within the Kitchen team is to assist the Sous Chef in the effective running of the kitchen whilst mentoring and training junior member of the Kitchen team. a. At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role b. A desire to learn and progress within the Kitchen team. c. A real passion for cooking and being a strong team player. 15) Barista - A Barista is responsible in ensuring that store standards are met by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products within a friendly, welcoming and clean store environment a. At least 1 year experience in a high volume, high energy environment b. High standards of personal presentation and Hygiene c. At least 1 year experience in a high volume, high energy environment. d.
