Excellent with plain Basmati Rice. Aloo Bhindi: Potatoes and Okra cooked with aromatic whole spices, onions and fresh tomatoes. Very simple and home-style. Excellent with Rice or Naan and a side of Dal. Saturday, May 3rd: Fish Jhaal: Fish (boneless Tilapia) cooked Calcutta-style, in a thick, rich and spicy sauce. Excellent with plain Rice. Rajma: Red kidney beans cooked with fresh ginger, garlic and tomato. Home-style, delicious and nutritious! Sunday, May 4th: Green Pea Kachori & Aloo Dum: Authentic Calcutta Combo: Kachori (soft poori, stuffed with fragrant green pea filling) and Baby Potatoes cooked in a flavorful onion-yogurt sauce.
