Food diary review summary: Stop cutting calories, every diary I read today women were under 1300 per day and men were under 1800. you guys are starving yourselves and killing your metabolism. Replace flavored yogurt with plain and add fresh fruit Replace peanut butter with salt and sugar with one that has peanuts as the only ingredient. Better yet try almond butter, more nutrients. Remove all artificial sweeteners. Even if you have to replace it with a little sugar and then get off of the sugar. Many of you are not logging your foods. If you are frustrated trying to lose body fat and you are not logging your foods and not doing what Im recommending there is a chance you are not going to get results. You must eat clean and make the tweaks that we continually discuss. YOU CANT OUT TRAIN A POOR DIET!!! EAT CLEAN And make small changes!! You can all do it!!
