Food for Thought! How could any rational person ever think that an organized community that forms a polity could be successful, efficient and optimize public welfare if any of is citizens that share common and equal rights is suffering from poverty, unemployment and inability to develop their full potential to be productive and own the output of their labor? How can these human beings be considered to be free citizens? A polity that fails to do as above is unsuccessful, inefficient suboptimal! How can theories that support these systems be defined as rational?
