Food for thought :-) Made this for Em yesterday for supper. It is a variation of my Hungarian Goulash recipe .. which is essentially Gulash Jaeger Artz mit Spaetzle und Gemuse. In English that would be Hunter Style in a Brown Gravy with Mushrooms and other good stuff. Spaetzle is a homemade Bavarian Noodle in this case in the Ravelle form instead of Hauz Artz. Fried Bread Crumbs accompanied by fresh broccoli and cauliflower with butter and cheddar cheeze :-) Oh.. soooo good.
