Food for thought. I have never looked at someones diet and saw they are too much. Shocker? Not me. Its the reason they dont stick with it past trhere days and then they cheat or overeat certain items. This is what happens 1. You starve your body of nutrients 2. You dont have enough fuel to burn calories efficiently 3. The body decides its holding onto everything and slows down 4. You get tired of deprivation and cheat or give up and then the body REALLY holds onto that stuff 5. You wind up with no weight loss or a gain Happens all the time. Its much better to get the healthy fats, proteins and carbs you need and enjoy your food. You actually will find you lose weight!
