Food for thought.... When you want a job, part of obtaining gainful employment is by use of references. Why doesnt the employer provide them as well? Say you call a reference for a potential employer and they say something along the lines of ZERO communication or they take advantage of the employees actually willing to work? Or perhaps they baby the ones that throw pissing fits when they actually have to do something? Maybe every other week payroll is off? Or maybe their so out of touch they cant even provide references at all! I think this should be implemented into the application process. :)
