Food is the staple of life and should be made with love by those whom understand and must know love before undertaking to such a noble task. To fully enjoy and receive of it, as it is of/from the Earth, we are to always give thanks and praise for what was created by hands to be received by hands and into your being, the very things we should be doing for each other with our hands, instead of having it involved in inequity and sins. This is the National dish of Jamaica, ackee and salt fish, that is a delicacy and can be extremely deadly if prepared from ackee that was either forced open or not too young to cook. I used can ackees from Grace, and Portuguese boneless cod fish (Bacalhau) for its density, texture and taste, finished off with crushed black peppercorns. This is the process, which included boiled dumplings and green cooking bananas to complete this most delicious and delightful meal to bringing forth strength from the Earth that I may continue to fight in the honor and name of God (ptah).
