Food photos from the rest of the day. Morning snack 12 noon : apples and grapes package ( easy transport to work or even a driving snack) 1 purple container. Lunch 3pm: I was at work so I ate a bowl of our pasta fagioli. Its like Chilli!! 1 red 1 yellow and I green containers Midday snack 5pm: Muscle Milk Drink over 20 grams of protein. 1.red container Dinner 11pm. : was working out really from 7 til 11 with driving in between. So not good to go 6 hours without eating but I drunk tons of water in that time. I came home and had a salad with grilled chicken; pecans; cherry Tomatoes; green onions; kale; and romaine lettuce. I dont use dressings. 2 green containers 1 blue and 1 red
