For 2 days I had a horrible bug that had me feeling critically nauseated most of the time. The type of thing that could have killed an older person. Today boom!! Like magic I feel completely better. I think OK its Friday - Ill do a full body circuit and hit an hour of cardio on Saturday and at least get in a well rounded routine before Sunday rest. Thanks to your video, Im chillin for the weekend to recover fully and just picking it up fresh next Monday :-) Thanks for saving me potential disaster.
