For 32 hours last week I was back in the salt mines, working at a very busy independent pharmacy. I had plenty of good awesome technicians and no customer blow ups. Although I probably dispensed close to 20,000 hydrocodones during the week, the customers waited on due dates and no one fussed when told they need a new written Rx. I came home from work Saturday thinking what the difference was between the indie and the chains. Besides the amount of help, I could see no difference, other than the fact, “I was in charge.” I was the HMFIC. No bothers, no challenges, no conflicts. Besides my body was tired it was great working again. Is it our thoughts that control our destiny? Do we go go to work thinking “Oh God, another Monday in hell?” Start changing your thoughts to a positive reality. Make your work place your own independent pharmacy. Control your environment instead of it controlling you. You will go home in a better frame of mind. DONT MAKE YOUR THOUGHTS YOUR PRISONS. ----------------------------------------------- Youre more important than any of your problems. What you have outside you counts less than what you have inside you. Courage gives you the power to face your difficulties. It comes from the reserves of your mind that are more powerful than your outside circumstances. Your obstacles will look large or small to you according to whether you are large or small. Courage gives you the capacity to confront what can be imagined. It gives you the ability to rise above your present reality. Courage is resistance to fear, mastery of fear, not absence of fear. When you recognize that youre bigger than your problems, youll gain the courage necessary to overcome anything. ----------------------------------------------- ©2003 Written by:MotivationMentor@aol *************************************
