For 40 years, I have watched Saturday Night Live, starting with the first episode in 1975 hosted by George Carlin, in my senior year apartment with my college roommates. Tonight the DVR is set for Chris Pratt, an actor I find to be an appealing goofball. Bring it on!. I have never missed an episode thanks to VCRs, DVRs, On Demand and reruns. In honor of the shows 40th anniversary, NBC is showing a classic episode in the 9 p.m. slot every Saturday. Tonights is a Richard Pryor gem from 75. Its going to be a good year for the landmark sketch comedy show. Forty years! Thats two-thirds of my life.
