For All You Guys And Gals..How To Change A Refrigerator Water Filter: First, you go online to see where it is located. Mine is at the bottom in the grill. Read instructions, very easy read. Then you go to Lowes and purchase a new one.. Bring it home and try to remember what you read on Google. Then you sit in the floor, twist cap and the filter comes out...WRONG!!! You see a button, you mash the button, still nothing. So you call Lowes.. they read the box just as you did.. So, by then, you have your cell phone ringing, doorbell ringing, Surcie barking, daughter praying, son in law on the way, and you CRY! Help is offered by brother, who has now made his appearance, man at Lowes is wondering why a grown woman is in the floor, crying, hollering for everyone to leave her alone, she has to do it herself and they do not understand that.. after 15 minutes and everyone scared I might be fixing to go Postal on them, I get it off. The man at Lowes gave up and hung up.. after another 15 minutes of twisting, praying and crying, I finally succeed in the installation... we all clapped and Thank God no one was injured.... we now have lovely ice cubes and flowing water.. end of story.... P.s. Tommy could have done this in 2 minutes..
