For Day 3 of #12DaysToXmasYoga @Rachel.Yoga gave us a knee to head and tricep transition. I threw it a little fun at the end of the video 1⃣Start in downward dog and lift up your left leg to a one legged downward dog 2⃣Move your left knee to touch your forehead. Notice how my toes are on their tips when touching my knee to the forehead. 3⃣Then to your right tricep, left tricep and kick out your leg 4⃣You can increase the intensity by holding for a few breaths in each posture 5⃣Dont worry if you cant touch your knee at the tricep, aim for anywhere above your elbow.
