For Elizabeth: I cannot believe you!” Zayn seethes in the privacy of Louis’ hotel room one night. “What did I do?” Liam asks, dropping his phone and wallet down on the table, truly baffled as to where this outburst is coming from. “You saw me talking to Elizabth at the bar. You saw us getting on well and having a laugh, and then you came over and took that all away from me!” “What are you talking about? I barely even talked to her,” Liam defends himself. “You didn’t have to. As soon as you came over she stopped paying attention to me and was making bedroom eyes at you for the rest of the night. You and your outgoing personality and constant jokes…” Zayn sulks. “You’re funny and outgoing too…once you’re comfortable enough to stop being quiet and shy…” Liam lamely points out. “Doesn’t really matter now. After tonight it’s clear she’s more interested in you now anyways.” “Did you get her number?” Liam asks, receiving a nod from Zayn. “Give her a ring or send her a message. She’s probably forgotten all about me,” Liam suggests. Zayn pulls out his phone and begins scrolling through his contacts. “Next time I’m chatting up a girl, do me a favor and just stay away,” Zayn requests bitterly. “Sure, I can do that. But that doesn’t mean the rest of the boys will, and who’s to say it won’t be one of them who distracts your girl next time?” Liam mentions. “You’re unbelievable,” Zayn snaps, leaving in a huff to seek out the solitude of his own.
