For HOBIE CITY RACE III the penalties may be applied will be those of The National Regulations SUP RACE of the French Federation of Surf Chapter 6: Article 5 : Penalties - Early departure : decommissioning of 10 places - Non-compliance with the passage of a course mark as announced by the race director : disqualification from the race - Use external assistance between the departure and arrival (coaching, fueling unauthorized escort boat , docking assistance , paddle holder on arrival, etc ...) : decommissioning of 10 places - Give more than five stroke ( paddle or arm ) other than standing : decommissioning of 10 places - Physical or verbal assault against a competitor , a member of the organization or the public : disqualification from the event / race the draft will not be penalized no more personel to check the irregularities the leash is mandatory !
