For Immediate Release: Cory Moul - Owner/Promoter Championship Dirt Motorsports CDM Super Modified Series Cancels 4/5/14 race at TIR. 3/24/14 (Brighton, CO) - Southern New Mexico Speedway has asked Championship Dirt Motorsports if there was anyway that we could reschedule or cancel our CDM Super Modified Series Presented by Total Seal race at Tucson International Raceway on April 5th. Southern New Mexico Speedways Annual Pre Season Scramble that will include a $1,000 to win USRA Modified race is also scheduled for April 5th. We have decided that after the poor car count that we had for our first CDM Super Modified Series race on March 22nd that it is in everyones best interest to take a month off and regroup and get ready for the 2014 season. We will cancel the April 5th CDM Super Modified Series Presented by Total Seal race at Tucson International Raceway. This will give drivers a month to get their cars ready before our next scheduled race on Saturday, April 19th at Tucson International Raceway. The drivers that would still like to race on Saturday, April 5th should make the trip to Southern New Mexico Speedway and race at their Pre Season Scramble.
