For Lovely Legs: Step Ups- (first you have to get it up on your shoulders- clean+press it) While stepping up, think about digging your heel into the step, activating the glutes. And keep your knee back behind your toes. 2 sets of 10 per leg Jump Ups- on a slightly higher box. Extend each leg fully at the top of the jump with pointed toes. Drive the opposing arm and knee. 3 sets of 15/leg Superset: Straight Leg Deadlift- feet parallel, knees soft. Playboy bunny position on the lift (chest out, butt out). Focus on the hamstring contraction in the way up, not the lower back. 10 reps Seated Calf Raise: 15 reps 5 supersets Superset: Single Leg Ball Hamstring Curl- with one leg on the ball, and one leg lifted, raise hips into the air. The curl the ball heel in towards the butt. 15/leg Standing Hamstring Curl- I like the Smith Machine for this. Go heavy. Keep heels in alignment with ankles. 15 reps. 5 supersets
