For Pastors and Leaders - II Cor. 11:28, Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. 1.) How do I get more people involved in the vision of this church? 2.) How do we keep those that God sends to us? 3.) How do we release correctly those that are to be sent? 4.) How do you know who is to stay and who is not to stay? 5.) How do you run a church with spiritual authority without coming across as a controller? 6.) How do you maintain relationship without becoming too familiar? 7.) How do you convince the people that you are here for the long haul? 8.) How do you transfer the vision God gave you for a church to the people? 9.) Who is with us and who are just among us? 10.) What are some people’s motives? What Pastors and Leaders desire - What kind of people do visionarys need? People with a willing spirit: Ps.110: 1-3, a Psalm of David. The Lord said unto my Lord, sit thou at my right hand, until i make thine enemies thy footstool. 2 The lord shall send the rod of thy strength out of Zion: rule thou in the midst of thine enemies. 3 Thy people shall be willing in the day of thy power, in the beauties of holiness from the womb of the morning: thou hast the dew of thy youth. People- (heb.) A congregated unit, a tribe, (family) troops, nation. To overshadow by huddling together. The #1 characteristic of these people is a willing spirit Willing- (heb.) -free (-will) offering, freely, plentiful, voluntary (-ily), willingly offering. To volunteer (as a soldier), to present spontaneously.
