For Record Purposes.... Still on Hon. Aminu Waziri Tambuwal... Having given the available option left for the PdP led Executive Government to Remove the Hon. Speaker Aminu Waziri Tambuwal from office, I appeal that decorum be implored to allow for a safe Drive to 2015 ... Let us understand that... The Speaker is not an employee of the president and, under our laws, the president has no powers to decide when a position is vacant in the legislative arm. And most important, the president does not have the powers to interpret the constitution. That’s the realm of the judiciary. The issue at hand is squarely a constitutional one. As frustrating as the Tambuwal Problem might be to PDP and the Presidency, resorting to self-help will not only violate fundamental constitutional principles about separation of powers and the rule of law but could also set in motion a series of actions that might put the entire system at risk. We thank our Judiciary for the decision which has vindicated the ordinary people of Nigeria, let DONt throw stones RECKLESSLY we can THROW CAUTIOUSLY because stone throwing is obviously inevitable in this Business of Politicking... Let the Acting IGP dont ridicule the presidency further before PdP will ALLEGE that the Acting IGP is or has been lobbied to rubbish the Presidency by the APC.... No be we send dem ooh... Change is Here ...
