For Ryan Halsey: THE 2ND SERIOUS CHALLENGE: NEW FORMAT!!! Each Challenge is different then the last, and the format for the 2nd Challenge centers on a Teams ability to adapt. 1.) Every Team will create a 3 MINUTE FILM. 2.) Every Team will have 1 WEEK to complete their Film. The Challenge will begin 1/31/13 and will end on 2/7/13. 3.) Every Team will be GIVEN THE SAME SCRIPT; 3 pages, from a famous film, given to each Team on 1/31/13. 4.) The Challenge: Every Team will be given 2 GENRES that they must merge together and ADAPT THE SCRIPT to their unique Vision. For Example: SAME SCRIPT - adapt to - Romantic Horror SAME SCRIPT - adapt to - Tragic Western SAME SCRIPT - adapt to - Comedic Coming-of-Age Genre selection will be determined by the SERIOUS WHEEL OF CHAOS, where a Team Member will SPIN a large roulette style wheel that proportionately lists 20+ Film Genres, as well as Select Your Own, and Wild Card options. GRAND PRIZE = 1000$ Credit towards Equipment Rentals from SERIOUS GRIPPAGE & LIGHT CO. Instead of binge watching movies at home, while we wait for the Film Industry to heat up in the Spring, CHALLENGE yourself to become a better Filmmaker.
