For Sale: 1.45ct Yellow Danburite, Precision-Cut by Robert Heath. This one would rival a top yellow Sapphire for color and brilliance. Not only that, these are rare....this color was found in one spot in Tanzania....who knows how much longer we can get any stones, let alone TOP color. I lost some weight with the recut, but it turned a wonky, windowed gemstone into a sparkling bright yellow beauty. Dims will follow...but Danburite has a low SG so it faces up pretty large for its weight. I try to price my gems as low as I can, but this particular hue/saturation is pricy and then I had it precision-cut. $275/Shipped.
