For Youngsters waiting to make the shift from the corridors of campus to the challenges of the corporate world here are a few tips . No ready made recipe for success ,Be bold enough to weather a few storms , get up from a few falls , suffer a few setbacks . Learn to deal with failures , in the same manner in which you shall deal with success , be consistent , steady & most importantly have a still head on firm shoulders . Learn from every one , dont suck up or suck in , have an independent mind , fight the issue not the person . Take some risks . A ship in the Harbor is always safe , but thats not what ships are built for . Sacrifice , get some lose some . Learn to swim in unfamiliar environment , abstain from few festivals , forget home and family . There is nothing work called life balance , you can integrate both of them . Circumnavigate your temptation , temporary distraction is permanent destruction . PRAY HARD , BUT REMEMBER GOD ONLY HELP THOSE WHO HELP THEMSELVES .
