For a Man to Ponder The sparrow with his song, Cried out high in the sky a petition The trees are gone his abode, Dirty is the water in rivers Man exploited nature to an abuse. Nature is for a man to endear, To protect her from danger his duty Oblige him to care with a love, A life abounding blessings For humanity’s sake, be preserved. Love of Earth is true heroism, When a man has accepted a challenge All with life to be nourished well For him to rejoice God’s glory And she herself is indeed his paradise. A land is a human’s granary, But the harvest goes scarce not enough The sea his fancy and adventure, Dirty and risky of toxic gases It’s now for a man to ponder the curse.
