For a change, todays experience with a Government Agency was a very pleasant one. :) Arrived at 10AM at the DFA Ali Mall office for my passport renewal. The line was short because it was the first appointment schedule for the day. Breezed through all three stages - Assessment/Validation, Payment, Encoding. I was out the door by 1040AM. 40 minutes. For passport renewal. GOOD JOB DFA! Hooray for Government Efficiency! :)
