For a chewy surf-n-turf appetizer; have a Pullman smoked deli ham cut in length slices(about a 1/16 in thick) and then cut slices into strips about a 1/4 inch wide. Now, take your brochette and put your ham strip on at the pointed end and set your cooked and peeled cocktail shrimp on top of that and push down a little bit. add a piece of cherry tomato or a piece or slice of another veggie that will not break and shove it down a bit. loop the bacon over and down onto brochette and follow with shrimp and veggie again and repeat until brochette is full. Depending how long a brochette and how big the shrimps and veggies are you can make a sizable app on a stick. have some bowls of dressings with drizzle sticks to drizzle dresssings on your app. Have fun!
