For a fraction of the cost of the hyperloop, we could put WiFi on the planes flying this route, which wouldnt reduce the duration of the journey, but would improve its enjoyment and its usefullness far more. We could also pay all of the worlds top male and female supermodels to walk up and down the planes handing out free glasses of wine to all the passengers. Wed still have tons of money left, and people would ask for the planes to be slowed down.
