For a week now, I have felt that there is something big winding down, a huge ending on a global and universal scale. I dont know what to call it except to say that it feels like the separation from 3D is getting much stronger. But it isnt a separation in the way we normally think of separation, as in things coming apart. Rather, it is an integration of higher energies that is compressing 3D into a much smaller space as more expansive energy is taking over. Have you had trouble doing everyday things lately, feeling like they dont matter? Or its hard to wrap your head around them because they just dont seem important any more? Or youre finding yourself feeling lost and disoriented in physical space, feeling like you are floating just a little above it? This integration isnt happening on a completely conscious level, as we are absorbing and aligning with the higher frequencies of energy, on our deeper levels of being and as this new knowing rises to our 3D consciousness we are getting rare and yet familiar glimpses of what it means to be multi-dimensional. This is why you may be looking at your routine that you have been doing for years, and asking yourself what you are doing and why, or trying to remember how to do something that was famliar 5 minutes ago. Multi-dimensionality is going to take some getting used to as we create a balance point between worlds. There is no user guide or manual, this is all new for us. And I just woke up from taking one of those I have to go to sleep right now naps. Its that uncomfortable feeling of being out of control of your body as it falls asleep while youre trying to do other things. Were integrating and processing a lot of energy right now, so sleep when you need to, drink water, and try not to get too weirded out by how youre responding to this. I think this next few days, into the weekend, is going to be interesting. And if the people around you are acting very strange, dont take it personally. Theyre feeling this too. - Jennifer Hoffman
