For all my ChiRunners to check out. I always talk the pendulum length of arm swing and leg swing. This video proves it. If you want to get your stride length longer with less effort shorten the pendulum (pick the ankle/heel higher). Why do some many runner want to lengthen stride by picking up the knee (which weighs more) that will require more effort?
