For all my Christian friends, what do you think or believe about speaking in tongues? Ive never quite believed it has been properly explained. To me, when at Pentecost the disciples were speaking in tongues and the Jews from different areas of the area could understand them, it wasnt because they were speaking jibberish. It was because even though they were speaking in their own language, the others could understand what they were saying in their native tongue. Ive really been struggling with this since last Thursday night. I know the Bible does mention it so I should believe in it. I just dont know as I believe what most of the other Christians in this world have made it out to be.
