For all my lovies who follow pintrest and dont have the time to try out some of the recipes on there I have one that is very good and very easy to make. :) Banana Pudding Cake: 1 box yellow cake mix 2 boxes of banana pudding 1 container of Cool Whip 1 box of Nilla Wafers (YUM) Make cake according to instructions. After cake is done do not let cool before following next steps. Poke holes in your cake not huge just some holes :) Make pudding per instructions on package and pour over cake before it sets. Add Cool Whip Sprinkle over top crushed Nilla Wafers. Now you can eat now or chill for a later time even overnight. If chilled overnight I would leave the waffers off to prevent getting soggy. I did let mine cool due to not wanting to eat warm pudding. It was amazing. Also as a step in this recipe that I left out was to add sliced bananas to the layer between the cool whip and cake. I am not a big fan of real bananas in stuff like this due to how fast they brown so I left that out of the one I made. If you enjoy them then hey naner it up!! If any of you guys make this let me know what you think. :) For some of you old time bakers this might remind you of a poke cake made with jello instead of pudding. And you are right its pretty much the same. I think with all the flavors of pudding out there the combinations are endless. I mean choclate cake, chocolate pudding, with chocolate cool whip. Goodness sounds delicious or maybe I just want some chocolate. Anyway you get the idea. Enjoy Dears!! Love ya!!!
