For all of the C-Section Moms.💗 I am a c-section mom My child was not born in a hospital room with a doctor telling me to push. No one held my legs; no one wiped the sweat away. My child was born in an operating room, the doctor pulled him out of me with someone holding my hand. I am a c-section mom I did not see my child come out crying. He was not placed on my chest as I held him for the first time. His father did not cut the unbiblical cord. I did not get skin to skin as they wiped him off. I stared at a sheet while my child came into the world. I think I heard his cries but with all the medications, I barely remember a thing. My doctor cut his cords for the first time and they were placed on a table for the doctors to see. I am a c-section mom I did not hold my child once he was born, I did not get to be there for him when as soon as he was brought into the world. My family did not get to celebrate with me as I stared at the miracle I made. As the nurses took them to the nursery, my family got to meet my child before I did. I got to meet him almost two hours later. I am a c-section mom I did not walk out of the hospital the next day, I wasnt comfortable either. I didnt get up and walk right after my son was born. I can never lose enough weight to hide that Ive had kids. I had to spend a few days in the hospital and 3 weeks before I was ever comfortable. I wasnt even allowed to walk for 24 hours. And no matter how much weight I lose, I will always bare a scar of when my child was born. I am a c-section mom And I am not sorry. I will not be made to feel bad. I will not allow people to pity me for not having a natural birth. I did not give up on labor. And I did not give in too soon. My first act as a mother was to lay down on a table and allow myself to be cut open. I am a c-section mom and I thank god everyday that I have my child here, no matter how it happened. ~10💜
