For all our new members (and the oldies who may have forgotten): You will find three documents in Files that can help you start to get a handle on your time and your life. One is a daily to-do list with a sample to show you how to fill it out. Another is an Assertiveness Bill of Rights -- a key element in #TimeManagement; and the third is the daily time log. If you get to the end of your day, wondering what the heck you actually did, start with the daily time log. Print it out and use it for a week. You will get a very good idea of how you spend your time, which will allow you to start making more rational decisions on how to allocate your limited resources.
